Mission Statement

Optimal Health Enterprise LLC, is a Grassroots Community Based Organization, dedicated to providing collaborative and innovative Workshops strategies for addressing Conflicts in Schools, Families, and the Community. This will be accomplished in partnership with Local Government, Board of Education Members, Superintendent of Schools, Principals, Parents, Teachers, Students and Community Organizations. Our Mission is to provide opportunities for Self-transformation, Leadership, and Social Justice in Education. Our goal is to affect meaningful change in the Classroom, School Building and Community.

Optimal Health Enterprise, LLC, provides a wide range of Health and Wellness Workshops. Designed to enhance the quality of Life which include: Mindfulness Based Meditation Practices, the Self Defense of Aikido, Effective Parenting, and Mental Health First Aid Certification. These Workshops are designed to promote the overall Health and Wellbeing of its Workshop Participants. Regardless of age, gender, or sexual preference.
